We were introduced to Gary and Caroline through a close family friend. When we initially decided to buy a new house and sell our home, Gary provided great advice and helped us buy our new home subject to the sale of our current home. Not only that, he worked hard to negotiate down our new home’s purchase price and obtain a credit for the deficiencies we noted during the inspection. Throughout the entire process, Gary went out of his way to get answers for us from an accountant, a notary public, and a mortgage broker. The sale of our home went very smoothly with Gary providing regular updates on the number of viewings and potential interests he noted of. All in all, Gary provided his valuable expertise and guidance throughout entire experience from the purchase/sale up until our move into our new home.

We started hunting our first house this past summer. While the weather was unseasonably cool, the real estate market was extraordinarily hot. It was very common to see multiple buyers biding one property. Fortunately, one of my colleagues introduced Gary to us. He was patient and considerate in helping us search and view houses, and never pressured us in making offer. He also represented us in good manner in front of the sellers. When we finally purchased our dream home in competing with other two buyers, the seller said that she accepted our offer, which was lower than the other buyer’s offering price, because she liked Gary very much after talking with him. I do not know how often this happens to real estate agents. It is a miracle to us. Thanks for your great job, Gary.
