We were introduced to Gary and Caroline through a close family friend. When we initially decided to buy a new house and sell our home, Gary provided great advice and helped us buy our new home subject to the sale of our current home. Not only that, he worked hard to negotiate down our new home’s purchase price and obtain a credit for the deficiencies we noted during the inspection. Throughout the entire process, Gary went out of his way to get answers for us from an accountant, a notary public, and a mortgage broker. We started hunting our first house this past summer. While the weather was unseasonably cool, the real estate market was extraordinarily hot. I'd like to say that Gary Louis is very knowledgeable in real estate. His answers to my questions were very helpful and insightful.
